Newsletter Success Story!

"The newsletters were right on track with information that was important to me and my health at this stage in my life. I was very impressed with the range of information given. Also, I watched the archived webinars each week. I didn't know anything about the Mediterranean diet before this program; now, I am trying to transition most our daily meal plans and snacks to align with the Mediterranean plan. I joined the program just so that my family and I could encourage one another to become more active. The newsletters and webinars were a pleasant surprise to me -- I looked forward to the information each week. I was so impressed! Thank you!"
