What's In Season?

Eat with the season! Why, you ask? Fresh fruits and vegetables are seasonal and can be less expensive when they are in season. During other times of the year, enjoy those same foods as frozen, canned, or dried.

Celebrating Success!

This year I used an in-home walking program and this was great, because I could walk even when the weather was bad.
