Walk Kansas Newsletter

Newsletters that support the goals of Walk Kansas are published weekly during the 8-week program and quarterly the remainder of the year. You can access newsletters from the past years. Registered Walk Kansas participants will receive the program newsletter weekly along with additional resources.

Each issue contains articles on exercise, chronic disease prevention, healthy eating, stress management and a healthful recipe.

Newsletter Success Story!

"The newsletters were right on track with information that was important to me and my health at this stage in my life. I was very impressed with the range of information given. Also, I watched the archived webinars each week. I didn't know anything about the Mediterranean diet before this program; now, I am trying to transition most our daily meal plans and snacks to align with the Mediterranean plan. I joined the program just so that my family and I could encourage one another to become more active. The newsletters and webinars were a pleasant surprise to me -- I looked forward to the information each week. I was so impressed! Thank you!"
